Supporting the people of St Neots

We help the residents of St Neots with their non-emergency tasks. Our volunteers can do your shopping, collect prescriptions, post letters, provide friendly phone calls and more.

Support

Essential daily tasks

“My grown-up children live in Manchester and I’m housebound after a hip operation. Community Support picks up my prescriptions so that my family don’t worry in the week.”

Support

Regular weekly errands

“A serious injury whilst in the military has left me recovering off-base. I have been housed in St Neots and have no friends or family close by. Getting my shopping delivered has been vital for me to stay healthy.”

Support

Occasional support

“I don’t have the mobility anymore to get out of the house to meet friends. As someone living alone, Community Support’s friendly callers helped me feel less isolated.”

Just remember,
you are not alone

Our team of Coordinators receive calls from the St Neots public requesting help, Couriers, who are the people out there delivering shopping, prescriptions and posting letters and Friendly Callers who talk to isolated, elderly or individuals who would just need to hear a friendly voice.
